Entrepreneur in Residence Program
A cornerstone of St. Augustine Prep’s Innovation, Experiential Learning, and Entrepreneurship initiative, the Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program immerses students in real-world learning guided by accomplished entrepreneurs who model creativity, integrity, and purpose.
Launched in 2024–25 with inaugural 'EIR' Nelson Carvalho ’67 (Co-Founder/President - N-Zyme Scientific), the program provides students with direct access to executives who share their expertise and experience to help guide the next generation of entrepreneurs within the Hermit Brotherhood.
Continuing the program in 2025-26 is Carmine Catalana IV '76 P'07 (Owner, Innovation Foods and former President, Cumberland Dairy), a proud Hermit Alumnus and decorated executive in the dairy industry.
