The C-Suite Experience is a hands-on leadership and mentorship program that prepares Hermits for success in college, careers, and life. By connecting students with real executives who share their stories and expertise, the program teaches strategic thinking, public speaking, and professional discipline. It’s a space where students gain early exposure to real-world leadership, discover their strengths, and begin building the habits and confidence that shape future leaders.

Innovation at the Prep

At St. Augustine Prep, the Innovation & Experiential Learning program is redefining how our students connect with the world. From robotics competitions and e-sports to launching business startups through the C-Suite Experience, our young men are taking classroom concepts and applying them in dynamic, hands-on ways.
