Prep Shop

We will gladly accept exchanges of equal or greater value for any unwashed and unworn Prep Gear within 60 days of the original purchase from the Prep Shop.

Please bring your receipt and be sure that all items still have tags on them.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds, store credit, or cash back for merchandise purchased at the Prep Shop located on campus.

If you require any assistance before finalizing your purchase, please ask Mrs. Davis at any time.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot accept returns from the Prep Shop Online in store.  All online sales must be returned by mail. Thank you for your understanding.

Prep Shop Online FAQs

If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, please cut out and use the label on your packing slip to return your package within 30 days provided. The items have not been used or washed.

Choose a return reason and include this slip with the item in your package by the shipper of your choice. Within 10 days of receipt of your return our staff will issue a credit for the products.

If an item is deemed non-returnable, we will contact you directly.

Please contact customer service before returning orders larger than $250.00.

If you have a defective product, please contact Customer Service for instructions at customerservice@advanced-online.com or 877-471-5410.

If you are returning a gift, you must return the gift with the order# or packing slip in order to return the package.

Please note: Personalized or customized items may not be returned unless they are found defective.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order directly on the web site and return the original product for a refund.

Freight will be credited to your account for defective products only.
