Brian Napoli ’98 Kicks Off the 2025 Veritas Speaker Series

St. Augustine Preparatory School proudly welcomed back alumnus Brian Napoli ’98, Senior Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for the Philadelphia Eagles, as the latest guest in the school’s Veritas Speaker Series, part of the Innovation & Experiential Learning initiative.

Napoli shared his journey from Richland to the NFL, where he has spent more than two decades building a career in professional sports. He spoke about perseverance, humility, and the importance of faith and relationships in achieving long-term success.

“What matters most is staying true to who you are and what you believe. Success isn’t just about talent — it’s about values, hard work, and treating people the right way,” Napoli told students.

A Living Lesson in Leadership and Brotherhood

In addition to his keynote address, Napoli took part in a Q&A session with our DECA and C-Suite Experience students, answering questions about leadership, overcoming setbacks, and pursuing opportunities in business and sports. His words reflected the Augustinian values of Truth, Unity, and Love, values at the heart of the Prep experience.

The day also included a rare highlight: students and faculty had the chance to see the Philadelphia Eagles’ two Lombardi Trophies and Super Bowl championship rings, which Napoli brought to campus. These symbols of teamwork and achievement served as a powerful reminder of what dedication and unity can accomplish.
